Privacy-preserving kit distribution map
AHF uses kit logs and approximate mapping to better understand where essential items, food items, and care kits are being distributed. Public reporting supports transparency while protecting the dignity, privacy, and safety of people served.
This map shows AHF distribution activity. It does not display identifiable information, exact personal details, recipient-level records, or private notes.
Practical support delivered into the community
AHF focuses on useful items people can access quickly: hygiene supplies, snacks, baked goods, non-perishables, care kits, and pantry-based supports.
Care kits and hygiene items
AHF assembles and distributes care kits with hygiene products, snacks, oral care items, grooming supplies, basic health items, bandages, wipes, soap, and other essentials when available.
Food item distribution
AHF distributes food items such as bread, baked goods from COBS Bread, snacks, water, fruit or veggie pouches, and non-perishable items when available through donations and community partnerships.
Holiday baked goods distributions
AHF has supported holiday food item distributions, including baked goods distributions on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Campus and pantry partnerships
AHF supports pantry-based access points through campus and community partnerships, including PESJO at the University of Calgary, helping people access hygiene items, food items, and other basic supplies.
Holiday support when access is harder
During the holidays, many services are limited or harder to access. AHF has supported Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve baked goods distributions to provide practical food support during high-need periods.
