Presented by Muhammed Rizwan Ahmad, an undergraduate researcher with the Alberta Homeless Foundation, at the 2026 University of Calgary Undergraduate Summer Student Symposium on August 17, 2026.

The presentation received the Third Place Poster Award. The symposium was hosted by W21C, the Centre for Health Informatics, and the O'Brien Institute for Public Health.

Planned scoping review examining barriers to liver disease screening, linkage to care, treatment access, and follow-up among people experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. This project will help contextualize AHF's community-based liver health and healthcare access research.
